What happened to Marc Jacobs Mod Noir?

Does anyone know what happened to Marc Jacobs Mod Noir? It was my favorite fragrance and now I cant find it. And anyone familiar with it know if it smells similar enough the the original Marc Jacobs fragrance to make the switch?

You might get lucky and find some in the clearance sections. I recently saw a lot of them at my local SIJCP.

I was also SO bummed when I realized they had discontinued Mod Noir! I went to Sephora and tested out about 10 fragrances, trying to find some as similar to it as possible. I ultimately settled on Marc Jacobs Decadence, Eau So Decadent (NOT the original Decadence parfum). Good luck!

@TaniaLitten, @clk2, Marc Jacob Mod Noir is Sephora exclusive.  I think it got discontinued.  If you are lucky, once a while you will see it pop-up on the sale section until it is completely out of stock.  😞 Not the same, but the somewhat similar scent is Tom Ford Fleur de Portofino which is excellent but very pricey. 😞

Get a sample from Sephora, I think you will like it.  I love the original.  I am sad however not to be able to get the Mod Noir.
