Anyone have a good alternative to babyfacial that is safe to use during pregnancy?

Honestly, according to them there’s actually zero research indicating that it’s not safe. So you might double-check with your doctor, if he says it’s okay I personally might try it! (I know this question’s old but posting for future Google searchers)

wait? is it for the baby? If it is still stored in womb I do not reccomend putting facial on baby. If so, consult doctor so they can apply it for you. After pregnant give, you shouldn't put chemical on fresh ripe baby, but you can put it on yurself.

No, @Anonymous, the OP didn't literally mean a mask or product for her baby.  The Drunk Elephant T.L.C. Sukari Babyfacial™ AHA + BHA Mask 1.69 oz/ 50 mL is a product sold at Sephora that isn't recommended for use during pregnancy :).
