How to manage get ready times??

What are some tricks or tips on getting ready faster with two little girls at your side all the time??? I tried the whole get ready while they are sleeping in the morning, but my baby knows when I wake up she wakes up.

Hi. It gets crazy but I do chores between skincare and makeup steps. I find that it helps get things done and works better than dedicating a whole chunk of time. I am running around like a headless chicken, but it also gives time for products to dry and settle in my skin!

This is going to sound weird, but I do my makeup in the kitchen - the hotspot of the house. This way I am able to grab the kids breakfast, pack their lunches, make my coffee, feed the dogs, etc in-between makeup steps. Not sure if it'll work in your situation, but it's something to think about!

In a pinch to gain some all over even tone, after applying SPF moisturizer, I'll swirl my powder brush in powder foundation and then in bronzer, then buff into skin for an awake and warm look.

Ugh, the morning craziness. I only have one toddler but the few things that have worked for us: I shower at night - I really miss my am shower but it's either shower or do my make-up/hair in the morning, for awhile putting my daughter in her playpen outside the bathroom worked - she had a couple of toys and could still see me so she was content and these days she now plays with toys in her crib while I finish getting ready, and last but not least figuring out how to shorten my getting ready routine - I'm down to 10 mins for make-up and 15 mins for hair. Curious to hear how other people make it work.
