I've mainly swapped the retinol out of my nighttime routine. Bakuchiol is an amazing alternative so I use Dr. Jart+ Prejuvenation Firming Bakuchiol Serum for Preventative Aging 1.69 oz / 50 ml and Dr. Jart+ Prejuvenation Firming Bakuchiol Cream for Preventative Aging 1.69 oz / 50 ml now! I went pretty basic for skincare during pregnancy, no swaps unfortunately.

Do you have any skin concerns right now? What product are you hoping to replace? 

( I understand you might be tired of hearing it but I think it's important to mention checking with your doctor or OB especially for pregnancy. Anyone can see or read this post and they might not realize some skin care products are not safe for pregnancy. @sarahnovela.)
