shipping information glitch

I’m just curious as to when you ( Sephora ) will fix the very obvious glitch on the shipping information when shipping monthly boxes. It states pending, ok.. but it will say that days after I receive my box. Then on a random day, well after I’ve received my box, I get an email with a tracking number stating “ your box is on it’s way!” No, no it’s not it’s here in my hand. It’s have never given me my tracking number before it’s arrived at my house. I never know when this box is coming and it’s not updated properly after it’s left for shipment. I’m pretty sure I’ll revive my box soon. But I won’t tell when or what day, because I still have yet to receive a tracking number, and probably won’t until well after I’ve received my box and to add, it’s never a delay or pending when my payment is deducted for this box, that’s always on time and on track and immediately taken out exactly when you state it will be. So I’m just curious as to when the shipping tracking issues will be fixed. Thanks.

I'd like to know this as well.. And I'm a little confused because I know some people have already gotten their shipping email days ago.. Just curious when I'll get my email. Money was taken out PROMPTLY on the 2nd soooooo... What's going on sephora? Does anyone even read these comments?? Lol..

I’ve been experiencing something similar the last few months.

I would like to know as well, because I experience the ex...

I would like to know as well, because I experience the exact same issue. It's the 13th, I usually have my box already, and nothing yet so far, and no email or any other type of notification from couriers that I have a package on the way.
