billing date

Hello I was wondering if we can change the billing date? If I can change my billing date from 04 to 14 it would be perfect. I get paid every month around 13-14 and Sephora billing me at 04.. i tried to reach to customer care but I couldn’t reach them..

I wish we could too but as far as I know that billing date is written in stone. I think it’s just because they want it paid for before shipping.
