Wrong play box

I revived the wrong box or items in my Sephora play box for October. The box which was mentioned on my profile and the items I would be receiving were not in the box. Not excited  at all!!! Forgot  to cancel the subscription for November but will cancel for any future play boxes. The samples are tiny and not worth it.

That exact thing happened to me too. I was excited until I got my box and it was wrong. I spoke with Sephora and was told the email does NOT mean you are getting the items. That makes a lot of sense!

I had the same exact thing happen to me. Not only was it completely different items from what I was told to expect, but the items that I didn't receive were about 10 shades too light. I went to Sephora and they weren't very helpful. Then I contacted Sephora via phone and was given a full refund.

I will call Sephora and see. Thank You I called them before and they said they couldn't do anything and than the second time gave me 100 points.
