Stop with the bright pink lipstick!

I have had the Sephora Play subscription box for about 18 months, and I have never received a lipstick I can wear.  I always receive the brightest, pinkest lipsticks that I would never, NEVER, wear.  I have double, and triple, checked my profile, yet they keep sending my colors that do not work for me.  WHAT.THE.HECK?  GGGgggggrrrrr..... I feel like I am throwing away or giving away half my product each month.  I am beginning to feel like I am wasting my money.  Any ideas?

I could just call customer support and complain is you feel like you keep getting product you can't use. Especially if its a constant thing, I'm sure they'll help you!
