Still waiting for my Play! Box...

I used to be fine getting my Play box late in the month, but now it's getting annoying. It shipped last week, marked as delivered on the 14th, and it was NOT delivered. I get it shipped to work and confirmed with the mail room that they didn't receive it. Checked in every day last week, no luck. Then the tracking information updates saying

 

"November 17, 2017, 4:40 pm
Unable to deliver item, problem with address
NEW YORK, NY 10036"

 

How is there a problem with the address when my last two boxes were delivered just fine? Now it's Monday the 20th, marked as delivered again when it has NOT been delivered and I probably won't get it for another day or two (USPS constantly marks things as delivered before delivering). I was charged for this box on Nov. 5th. If it's NOT delivered this week, then I have to wait until after Thanksgiving. By the time I get the box, I'm going to be charged for my December box!

 

Why not just charge us when it's actually shipped? If we don't receive it within a certain timeframe, we should be refunded for that month.

I'm in the same boat as yourself. Tracking says it was delivered, but I know for a fact that I have not received it.
