September Play Box

Hi all! I ordered my Sept. Play box on the 2nd of this month and wasn't billed until the 18th. That's okay, but the Sephora website says my box was supposed to be here 2 days ago and it's still not here! They haven't emailed me or updated the shipping status at all, it still says the same date. This is my first month having a play box, and I'm already thinking about cancelling my subscription. Is this just a one time thing, or does it happen often?

I'm sure it was a mistake on the mail end... I have never had any issues with it and I love the products I get! I would give it another chance. I'm sure if you contact them again they will make it right for you.
