Sephora play

So upset right now.  I had to put in a new credit card and I couldn't get into my account to edit it.  So called customer service and they saw were I was unable to edit the card information.  So they said let's cancel this and then you can sign up again.  So he cancelled my subscription on his end and then I was unable to sign up again.  I have been s play subscriber since 2016.  I was treated so unfairly.

Other than the call to customer service, exact same thing here — couldn’t update my card (no problem doing so on my regular, non-Play Sephora profile, but it doesn’t carry over) so I canceled and tried to re-subscribe. Now I’m seeing that’s not possible (an employee in another thread said Play subscriptions are currently "sold out"?). I’m a Rouge member who’s been a Play subscriber for a long time. Big fail on Sephora’s part here.
