I miss the cloth bags. Wish they would switch back. I can use the cloth bags better than a plastic bags. Sorry for the negativity but if I wanted a plastic ziploc bag. I can use one from my kitchen. I had several plans & uses for the cloth bags. One of them was to turn them into a quilt. It would be like the t-shirt quilts. My 9yr old uses one for her shopkins. My 14yr old uses one in her HS dance team bag for hair ties, money, lip gloss ext. Several of the girls on the dance team asked where she got the cute bag & how they love it. She also uses one of the plastic bags & she doesn't get any compliments about it. One girl made a snobby comment & laughed at her. My 5yr old uses one to keep crayons inn when she's in the vehicle. PLEASE change back to the cloth bags.

I love getting my Play Bag each month. What is the deal with the plastic bag? I have the following issue with Play 1) It takes entirely to long for this bag to get to me 2) I do not like the plastic bag because it feels underwhelming and not a thought behind it. 3) The plastic bag will make me cancel and go to another subscription. I enjoyed the innovative manner in which Sephora Play would put together the monthly boxes. I do not like the plastic bag. If this is what the bag will look like going forward. Count me out!!!!

I think it's pretty hilarious how some of you think a business can turn around feedback like this in a month. They very likely implemented this "new bag" ages ago and now it's finally here, you expect them to change it because a bunch of negative nancy's hate it? You must not know how retail works.
Honestly, I was tired of the cloth bags so I like this change. Regardless of the bag, the value of the samples make it worth more than the $10.
I couldn't agree more!! Why do they need to send a bag at all? I've got more makeup bags than I can deal with, and that's after giving away 20 or so of them a year!
Make the boxes smaller and just give us the products. Put some shredded tissue or corn starch packing peanuts inside to keep things from moving around. Both quickly biodegrade and are non-toxic.
I totally agree. Yesterday, I called customer service as two months in a row i've been expecting the cloth bag and it was not in the box. So disappointing. it was part of the fun. I love to find a use for it or give away with gifts. I am waiting for next month box to see if the bag improves, or,i may cancel my subscription.

Play by sephora subscription is not very organized. Also, I missed August box because the date on my card was expired. Sephora playbox should generate an automate email letting the customer know the automate payment failed, thus, we as customers can address the situation. Today, we pay pretty much everything online so it is hard for customer to keep track of that. I called customer service as well for that and the lady was clueless why my subscription was cancelled. i figured out on my own. I missed my box in august and sephora customer services was like oh sorry but well too bad... that is not the way to keep your customers...
I just subscribed and was expecting the cloth bag, very disappointed in the plastic. Definitely more waste and less value, I didn’t keep it. Please change it back or don’t send a bag and maybe do a full sized item
