Sephora, please stop using the same products over and over and over again, whether it be in this box or 100 point reward or online offers or 3 samples from online purchases. This box should introduce us to new products, not the just the ones you have stacked in the warehouse. I got the Stella McCartney perfume as one of the 3 samples from a recent purchase (which I never requested to begin with, but that's another story), so I was not pleased to see it turn up in something I paid for. I imagine most of the people who get the play box also get these rewards and offers from other purchases, so why are you sending us these products?

This is not fair to get products that we have to pay for that others get free. Also, I know you can't customize for everyone, but your combinations worked for no-one this time. I have NO use for volumizing hair spray, and who in their right mind will wear that hot pink color of lipstick except tweens? And don't get me started on the LM eye shadow. If it hardly shows up on the African-American model on the Play! site, how will it show up for this white girl? 

I have no idea how you have the most liked subscription box, but judging by the fact you had to make them rewards because you couldn't sell enough, shows you need to step up your game. I'll give you a few more months to get better, or else it's game over for me.
