Play passes

Has anyone been successful at redeeming their Play passes in the Sephora inside JCP? I tried last month, and between three different associates, they couldn't get my card to scan. I also see on one of my Sephora Play Facebook groups, that others are having the same issue using their passes in the Sephora JCP locations.

Mine has not worked the last two months. I have had to call to get them added, and this month I got an email saying they will no longer be able to scan them in JCP- I can't believe that. Why are they changing this policy ? The next Sephora near me is over an hour away. We should at least get the option for online redemption with order.

Apparently this happened to me last month, and Thankfully I stalk my points so I noticed before it was too late. I just called customer service, and they were more than willing to add my points.

That happened to me once. But then I tried again maybe a week later and it scanned just fine.
