Play box may be lost?

Delivery date for my box was Friday the 18th and I don't mind it being a little late but my worry is because my box hasn't moved in 5 days? It landed to a city close to me last Tuesday the 15th, and today is the 20th. No other scans or progress. Should I email Sephora or wait longer? Tia!
