Hi! I received a link to take my play quiz for a more customized play box. However, no matter how many times I try the link it doesn’t work. It says it’s for Play Members only and when I click to subscribe (even though I have been for a while now) it says I already am. Is there a way to fix this?

I'm so confused! Do you have to subscribe (and pay) before you can take the play quiz? Loved this idea but it keeps sending me back and forth to subscribe and go to play quiz and never brings me to any actual quiz, and I've tried desktop site. How do you know what to send me?? I'm about to just go with ipsy instead. 😕

I thought I was the only one lol! They've been haggling me about that stupid quiz ever since I signed up in September.

It doesn’t seem to be working when you do it through your phone. It works on a computer or if you “Request Desktop Site” on your phone for iOS. I’m not sure if Android has a similar feature to access the site.

It's your particular web browser's settings and not so much the phone's OS. You should be able to go to your browser settings on any iOS or Android web browser (default or downloaded) and find the desktop view option on the popup menu. I'll just leave this here if any anyone needs it. On Google Chrome for Android and Samsung's default internet browser, you tap the 3 little dots to the right of the URL/address bar to access the menu. Tap the option for desktop site. This will put your browser in desktop view until you go back in the same way and switch it back to mobile view. For Chrome you uncheck the "desktop site" box, and for Samsung's default browser you select "request mobile site."

Hi @MrsDone I'm sorry for the confusion! You can complete your Play! Profile by going to your Account > Subscriptions > PLAY! by Sephora and then click “Complete your PLAY! profile".
