Play Quiz problem :(

Is anyone else having issues taking the Sephora Play quiz? I want to take it so my boxes get better but every time I try to take it and I log in to my account, it says the page is only available to Play members and it won't let me take the quiz. I've been a Play member for over a year now! What's going on???

I am sorry to hear this. Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache and cookies. Once you do that close out the browser completely and then re-open it and the Sephora website. Once you login try completing your quiz once again. If you continue to have issues please send me a PM and I will look into this further for you. I hope that this helps.
