I love the November box. This was my first box. I have used everything I have received. My favorites are the skin fix and NARS lipstick. Perfect color for me! ๐ฅฐ
I signed up after reading about it because it sounded a lot better than ipsy however, once I saw the november box I was very disappointed. Nothing listed will work for neither myself nor my daughters. The colors are all wrong for us and the perfume is a combination of my 2 least favorite smells in the world coffee and vanilla. Both aromas tend to give a sick headache and usually I will end up having emesis and having to lay down, i have always been extremely sensitive to smells and seriously those 2 and peanut butter are the worst. I would rather stand bedide a landfill all day. The quiz barely asked anything about us just skin type, eye color and skin tone. What about hair color? Personal style? I think i want my money back
I didnโt get my points either...thought maybe it was just an oversight but I kinda get the feeling theyโre discontinuing???
Iโm kind of on the edge of canceling myself. Itโs just the same stuff over and over again every month with no variety. How many lipsticks and primers does one person need?!

I just canceled PLAY after getting this month's box yesterday. October's box was disappointing too because I got all foundations and instead of my usual points, a card for 20% off a foundation? I am very pale, so I threw away the whole box and the coupon (I do own foundation for pale people, but I won't need a new one for a while, and all the shades Sephora sent me were not even close). 20% to 50% of the products from each box go in the trash anyway as they never apply to me or I already have 15 of something too similar waiting to be used (I swear every month I get a new variation on the exact same color lipstick, just from different companies - and meanwhile, I hardly ever wear anything other than gloss). The 50 point card was the only reason I still had a subscription, so when I realized by its exclusion for the second time that this was clearly intentional? I canceled that SO FAST.
I to didnt receive my points this month. Wonder why.. an the boxes have been more skin care than anything. I'm thinking really hard to just cancel it an get the ipsy glam bag plus.. very disappointed the last few months

Definitely not cool. On top of it- keep getting the least desirable stuff in the play possibilities they show each month. Disappointed
Opened my box and no 50 points with purchase coupon??? Searched all over. That's what get's me out shopping at Sephora right away - very disappointed!! Please cancel my Play subscription.

Disappointed with my November box๐..I was so looking forward to opening it..my nars lipstick๐was broken..the top for the overnight mask was not tightly closed and the mascara tub was all faded..honestly makes me feel these items are old ๐ค๐คทโโ๏ธ
I am not happy with this box and am done with Play. Canceled my subscription. You don't listen to what I say I would like to try and just has become a waste of money. Good bye.
I was pleasantly surprised when I got the items I had already seen on my account before they arrived. I thought The Clinique tinted lip balm was just super dark lipttick but it was awesome. The Nars lipstick is actually also a great shade and I was sure it would be too dark but it's actually right at the limit so it's okay. Kind of tired of giving away such great expensive lipsticks because I'm ignored when I make it clear that I don't wear dark lipsticks. What hair and skintone do I have to say I have to get pink, dusty rose and nude shade lipsticks and not red and hot pink?! I'm also tired of mascaras. I have at least 2 years worth in reserves from the various subscription boxes I get. Please stop with the mascara but continue with Lancome products.
Also, I love getting perfumes and love Opium but this variation is awful in my opinion. I like cool, flowery, light scents, not warm crap like coffee, cinnamon and vanilla
