My experience with Sephora has been kind of horrific lately. Don't get me wrong, I love this place, but I've never had so many issues with various things.
1. My last order was the fifth time I didn't receive samples at all, which, let's be real, is part of the online ordering joy. I want to try these things. They're likely to get more money when I test out products.
2. I know that the Limited Edition play many people got the wrong box (including me) and that Sephora has tried to remedy the situation, but it's unclear across the board what the remedy is. Whether it's a full refund and points or just the missing samples.
3. Just this morning I was charged twice for the Sephora PLAY November box. There are two separate orders. I don't know what the heck is going on, but this is beyond ridiculous to have so many problems. Sephora needs to acknowledge these and work on better customer service.
P.S. I noticed the Chat was also down. I'm guessing due to a lot of technical issues? Who else is going through all these problems? Has Sephora done things to remedy?
same thing happened to me i got charged twice for the November Play Sephora box ugh
Agreed, recently oredered a package close to $400 with 2 days shipping and "it got lost in the mail stream" got my refund, took over a week, and had to call back again to get my shipping refunded to my account. Was very disappointed to say the least, makes me scared to order again but I just did. So fingers crossed. Hopefully I don't get double charged for an order I had to cancel to update shipping method.
They charged me twice today, I've emailed them...no answer, tweeted them...hours later they respond to dm them and I did but they still haven't responded. I'll have to call but a girl I talked to that also got charged twice called and they told her she has to wait till she get a tracking number for a refund. I'm so mad.
I have also been charged twice for my November Play box. I wonder if everyone was or if it was just random.
And I too am a little frustrated with the samples. Either they are not included or if they are in there they are not the ones chosen even though they still show available on the website. It is the main reason I order online. It allows us to try products without having to purchase the full size and return it if we don't like it. I know they are *free* but it saves a lot of money to let us try products instead of wasting a full size product when it is returned.
I don't know about other stores but my local store makes me feel like I am asking for free full size products. I only wanted to try 2 scrubs!
