Missing items from Play box?

When my November Play box came, it was missing two out of the six items (the Marc Jacobs mascara and the fragrance). I didn’t care much about the missing fragrance, but was really looking forward to the mascara soI called Customer Service. They sent me the entire box again. Cool! Fastforward to December, and the SAME THING happened! No Stilla eyeliner and no Smashbox eyeshadow! I find it very weird as this has never happenedbefore and then twice in a row!? I’m almost dreading when I get my January box now. Has anyone else had issues with missing items in their box?
