MONTHLY PLAY BOX

Do this month was my first month of getting my box, I liked everything in it but when I look on here it shows what was in my September Box & I only got 2 of the 6 it showed...anyone else have this issue??

I'm missing two items from what they said were gonna be in my box and I only got 3 items. This was my first box so I was excited about the stuff I was gonna get then totally bummed about my box.

Yeah this is very confusing and chaotic lol I do the ipsy bag & have had it for over 2 years with no problems...I wasn't sure what to expect this box & I like the concept but I'm confused why I didn't get what I was supposed to get and idk how to speak with anyone about it haha I guess I'll wait a couple more months & if it doesn't get better I'll cancel it
