Laura Mercier Powder Won't Come Out?

I was excited to get Laura Mercier Powder in my box this month, however, no matter how hard I tap the container upside down I can't get almost any out. Does anyone have tips on how to actually get the product out to use it?

I don't have the Play subscription anymore but when I had a LM sample it had a clear sticker over the top. Did you remove it first?

If there's no sticker and the powder clogs in the sifter you can take a needle and puncture through the holes to widen them. Or even add extra holes.
