I’m so not happy with what my box is... I have so many of the belief moisturizers and I don’t even use them. I already have the queen b lipstick and again I never use it. Got the kush mascara and I don’t use it. As for the Clinique makeup remover. Got 3 or 4 samples of the Prada perfume and as for the caviar spray, I have so much hair I don’t need to try and add more volume.. huge fail on Sephora’s part!!! I’m starting to really hate the play boxes as I get more stuff I won’t use then I actually will...

I was supposed to get those 6 products too, but of the 6 I only got the Clinique makeup remover. I REALLY wanted the mascara and the Alterna Caviar spray!!! I wish there was a way to tell them you don't want certain types of items. I got the Bum Bum cream (which I don't like the smell), IGK dry shampoo (which I won't use), Cover FX foundation, Urban Decay Quick Fix Hydracharged Complexion Prep Priming Spray and a Marajo shampoo & condtioner I am trying out.

Dang! Does anyone want to trade? I saw my sneak peek and it showed the products you snapped in the original post. Now, three weeks after I paid for my box, it’s supposed to arrive on Saturday and it shows that I’ll be getting different products! I was sooo excited to try the Alterna Caviar volumizing spray and compare it to Briogeo, but now I’m going to have to purchase it since it’s not coming in my box. What a sad day. This is the sixth time I’ve received a box and I continue to be disappointed. Here’s what I’ll be getting. By the way, I already have three Clinique Take The Day Off (great for travel so I’ll eventually use it), about 3 or 4 samples of various Living Proof products, and a ton of gel moisturizers which I keep giving to my friends who have oily skin because they seem to perform better for them than for me (I have dry skin). I never use any perfume samples, and I can only hope the foundation and lip gloss are a good shade for my light skin.

I got the same box and it’s horrible!!!! The volumizing spray is the worst!!!! I’m a curly head! The last thing I need is more volume! I don’t think they look at our profiles AT ALL! I’m going to try one more month then I quit!!!! Boxy Charm is much better!

Worst box I’ve gotten yet. I’ve gotten mascara and the same shade of lip gloss in almost every box this year. I wish it was like Birchbox where you can request to get less purfume samples and fill out a profile.

I got an email saying I’m supposedly getting these items but they do not match the box number listed on my order nor my Sephora account box items. I really wanted the makeup forever foundation (that I was supposed to get) or the bum bum cream, but nothing in this box excites me. Furthermore my tracking number says it doesn’t exist with UPS. What kind of shoddy operation is Sephora running here??? Extremely annoyed.

I have not received my Play! Box for June. It’s lost in the mail system. Sephora updated tracking to show delivery on 6/19. That day has come & gone. Waited a few more days. Then went to my post office and they were unable to locate it. Called Sephora for the 3rd time regarding same matter finally reached someone who cared enough to send out my Play! Box overnight shipping. It should be here today 6.25 🤞 I do follow tracking and entered my phone number on Sephora app to receive alerts. I never can tell what box I will be receiving. How do you guys figure this out? That would be great if someone could tell me. I do love ❤️ my Play! subscription do not wish to cancel. I just want to know if they really are looking at our profiles??? I have received products that I cannot use, & then I have received products I immediately go to Sephora & buy. I think 🤔 if Sephora matched our samples w/our profile a bit better they would have more members buying their full sized products. Just my two cents.

I got the same box. It is awful. Did some people get the Tatcha primer or the Laura Mercier powder? I want to know if anyone actually got those items!

That’s the box (#363) I’m getting according to the “see what you got” email from a Sephora, but according to my order item# I’m supposed to get box #405.

Ugh... same here. I’m getting the same box and two of these items (possibly 3) are repeats. I’d quit the subscription, but I also like the extra points; I’m just tired of getting repeats, especially since this is the second time it has happened to me.

i am getting the same box. love the toofaced lippie but already have the full size of it, belif moisturizer previously made my face break out (but i will try again), i have curly hair so not sure why they think i need to "add volume " 😑 Other items are meh or filler items imo. i mean i will use the eye makeup remover but it's 100% not something to get excited about, same with the sample perfume 😥 not the worst box but not that great either...
