IT cosmetics bye bye under eye

Was anyone else's IT cosmetics sample completely and I mean absolutely empty? Really disappointed that the sample was a bust. I am however pleased with the rest of my box. So glad I didn't recieve another Sephora brand lip color. I did recieve a Sephora eye crayon which is actually great and not black!
