How do you track your play box?

I’ve had Sephora Play for months, I never get a tracking number. How do I track it? I only get PayPal confirmation you took my money. 

Mail theft has been daily this week and I need to know how to track it or if it has been stolen.

Hmm .. thats odd I usually can find it under recent orders, and I also get an email saying it has shipped that takes me to the tracking. Maybe try on the app? Or call in.

I’m waiting on an email from customer service. I emailed them all details including the fact is doesn’t even show up in my subscription section, I couldn’t cancel, just gives me the option to sign up again. It’s very odd. 

Sadly about to report it to BBB because I always get the run around from sephora about the Play subscription even when I give them all my paypal details. 

Shady business practices being so inconsistent.

SHows nothing under orders at all, never has since it started.

You can go under your account and click on the "Orders" option. Your play box should be one of those orders.

Had it since May 2017. Never shows anywhere but my paypal with a transaction id
