I have never seen so many people complain good Lord y’all! If you’re gonna complain that much then don’t bother lol I love Sephora and everything I get!! So freaking excited for the Luxe box! I invest a lot of money into skincare but it kills my soul to pay for the SK-II, Dior, and the Good Genes! Regardless, I can’t wait! Total skincare junkie over here!

I would love to see some luxe skincare deluxe samples from Eve Lom, Omorovicza, Tata Harper, Tatcha, etc.

No mascaras, please -- from any brand; I daresay quite a few of us have more than enough deluxe-sized mascara samples from solidly-good brands.

We have been told that there is a subscription box in the works for us for many months now (I began inquiring in 2017), so I’m hopeful that if we can’t get this one there will be one for us soon?? 🙏🏻

I can’t figure out why you send a message talking about being first in line for this product but when you click you route is to the chats and we have to search down to the middle of the threads on the community to find anything about lux so you leave literally no clues as to how to be first in line. I want to know when it drops. I want to know how to find it when I visit the app. I want hype and advertising to be clear and upfront about what I need to know. You’re killing my excitement for the box and making me think I won’t get one. Doubt that’s what you’re going for with this idea but it’s misguided. Don’t ask me what I want, tell me what you’re thinking of offering. It’s simple and really builds trust with me.

I'm hoping for bigging sizes then our play boxes!! I didnt get the other bc how small they r. So if yall want them to sell good. I also wish the play boxes had new stuff to try. Not old samples. Like the new stuff that comes out so we can try and then ppl woulnt have to bring stuff back so much, like stuff that doesn't work. Also having a real match for ppl like ipsy does. I've been told by alot of workers that play boxes r not matches. Some ppl just get lucky. well I'm sick of seeing all the ppl on YouTube have the good stuff and we or I get the blah brands and lefted overs!!! I spend alot of money there and would buy more if I had newer samples to try every month... thanks 🙂

I bet “influencers” get preferential treatment. Maybe that’s REALLY why they classify us as rookies or whatever. So they can know who to send the better products to get more adverts on the unboxing and YouTube crowd.
