Eco-friendly packaging options?

I wish there were an option for eco-friendly packaging instead of the standard bags! While the designs are often cute, I'm running out of ways to repurpose the small baggies! I'd much prefer the money being spent producing the bag go to 1.) products or 2.) the employees that make Play! by Sephora possible! 

It'd be great if there were an OPTIONAL choice in our Play Profiles that let us choose "no bag please" and it's replaced with something else either recyclable or compostable! I know there's Beauties out there that love their monthly bag, so they deserve those too! But if we can sign up to turn down the bags for "xx" amount of months (so the distributors don't have to play guessing games about quantities needed for production) that would be great!

This will certainly set Sephora apart from other beauty subscriptions!

This is a great suggestion! I like the idea of selecting bag or no bag. Would it make a difference to you if the bag itself were made of recycled materials?

In my experience, Play and Ipsy are the only ones who pack their items in an actual bag.

I'm also doing Allure, Birchbox and Boxycharm, and they just ship in regular boxes. The Allure boxes are the best of that lot because they are very sturdy and about the size of a 7" tablet computer, so they're easy to re-purpose.
