Damaged items in March play! Box

Ok, so not only did I receive this box 1-2 weeks after everyone did, but also received a couple of the items damaged. The supergoop spf spray was OPEN (cap unscrewed) and completely empty, which made the box and the bag gross looking as well as the other items dirty and gross. The Bobbi Brown sample was squeezed out of the tube. I am extremely annoyed because not only was this my first box, but I also spend a ton of money at Sephora and just feel like the extra $10 a month is not even worth it as the issue of items damaged in the Play! Box seems to be common and with no resolution. Anyone else experienced this issue this month?
