yeo..mine never showed as 'I'm stock" and I was on the app at 3am when products launch. not cool. I dont live near a sephora store, and the only rouge benefit I get is the sales 2 times a year and pre app sales. I had the same issue with the pat McGrath trio lipsticks came out. it's annoying because I cant just go into the store and "ask to try samples" or even look at colors, textures etc. so I depend on trying sample type boxes out before I buy items so I dont return them. it's not right that they allow people to buy more then 1 per shipping household. it's one thing if everyone got a chance and they dodnt sell out to let others buy another one or so, but to advertise it and it never show up as on stock ever so just not cool. Sephora employees told me that if an item wont let you put your email in for a restock when its sold out that means you're just sol, and it's gone for good. Just not right. I've been having major issues with sephora that took MONTHS to get fixed and FINALLY got one girl on the phone to help me out of hundreds....but it seems like Sephora dont care and it is what it is, and it's not cool. I'm so sick of being told to "go into the store as get a sample, have a nice day" when its 100 miles plus round trip. ....not cool their customer service and how they treat loyal customers is going way down hill and no one seems to care.

I'm hoping we will soon get some news on the fast sell out and find outif/when it could possibly get restocked. It was definitely here and gone and I have only seen that with Sephora limited quantity rewards. All ofthe other Play! individual-buy bags have been available for quite awhile after launch and even been discounted, so what a surprise that this one got scooped up in a flash. I started a convo about it in this group/forum, so fingers crossed that we get more info. So baffled by this. 😕 Update: No plans for Sephora to restock per @kevinbt. 😭

I was told by a Sephora employee via email, that its sold out for good. They said if it says "out of stock" and you cant add your email address to be notified via email when it's in stock again, means they wont be restocking it and it's just gone. when they release items like this, they should only allow one per address, and then after a few days if any left over, then let people but one more. I dont live near a sephora and they live to say to go i to the store to try samples, but if you live 100 plus miles from a store it's not possible...idk. just what I was told in email .

Very disappointed to see how this launch has been handled!  I became Rouge this year for the extra benefits and I feel like there should have been enough stock for at least all the Rouge and VIBs to purchase this item on the launch date itself. The fact that it was released and gone within seconds is super disappointing. And the only consolation is extra points since it’s sold out and won’t be sold again. Way to go Sephora. This is a good reason to not shop with your company ever again.

Super disappointed. The Sephora app won't work with my phone's OS, so I never even had a chance. Not sure why Sephora does these app exclusives when their app won't work with a lot of phones, so it's really discriminatory. Sephora, why don't you want products to be available to everyone?

Welp this is a bummer. I contacted customer service, first they responded with “It’s an online only, app exclusive limited edition and has sold out. Sorry if this has inconvenienced you.” 🙄😒 I told her I have the app, and have been trying since first thing this morning and it’s been OOS since then. I asked why has it been In Stock now and then only to be OOS when trying to check out? And how many did they have available for it to go OOS first thing in the morning? The response was “We’re very sorry you couldn’t purchase, but because this is limited edition, not very much is available when they are in stock.” 🤨🤔😤 So in other words, we’re sh*t out of luck. Unless a lot of people bought multiple, or there’s a glitch, it’s hard for me to believe it went OOS in what, a couple hours? If that? I’m hoping we’ll still have a shot to purchase, because if not that’s completely unfair to tease the majority of us with something we can’t purchase, especially after that completely disappointing December Play box.

I agree! It’s fairly ridiculous, especially when it’s right in your face when you opened the app...here’s this awesome thing that was never actually available! This was really the first luxe box I was truly interested in too. I checked first thing in the morning and figured the OOS was a glitch or maybe it actually hadn’t been made available for purchase yet. Nope. The only thing I can think of is that they made a horribly small amount available to purchase, which sold out immediately, or else employees were able to order/obtain before customers and none were actually ever able to be purchased.

Sephora, please fix or address this problem! This Luxe box has been Out Of Stock all day...but will intermittently be in stock, I add it to my basket, go to check out...and it’s suddenly OOS by then. Multiple times. Let us know if there’s a glitch with ordering that will be fixed, or whether it’s actually OOS so we don’t have to continually check and stalk the app afraid we might miss it 🤷🏻‍♀️😒

well I see Sephora is doing the whole Pat McGrath bs again. Mark it sold out and show it as available throughout the day for a moment or two then the app jams as you try to pay or you can't get your pmt info in fast enough so you'll save your credit info in their system. 😡

I started checking at 2:00 AM EST and it has been sold out. I didn’t receive an email that it was launching or what time do was kinda shocked it was sold out so quickly. But I guess I can understand why it may have sold out: exclusive limited edition. Maybe put less boxes together to avoid putting overstock on sale. Am so disappointed I missed out on this one.
