Cancelling Subscription

I am really sad and disappointed about canceling my Ply! subscription but I still haven't even received my box for May and the products I'm getting just don't make it worth it to me. Furthermore I may even switch beauty stores because I don't even receive the samples at all in some of my orders and to me that was my favorite perk. Just all around disappointed 😔

I would like to cancel my subscription as well but can't figure out how?! Help please

Hi @nolaLady88,

 

We are sad to see you go but if you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so by going to your Sephora account at the top of Sephora.com, selecting "Account" in the drop down menu and then selecting, "Subscriptions". I hope this helps!
