Broken lipstick

The lipstick was broken and fell into the floor as I pulled the tube top to open. So disappointed! This was my premier box and so long awaited for in anticipation. And while I’m complaining, I did not receive my sample mask as I chose when I made a purchase online last month. It doesn’t bode well when two glitches happen on two orders placed... QA ISSUE? I’ll happily accept replacements. Giving Sephora until March box to rectify. Thanks for your attention.

I received two dark red lipsticks one was broken and fell when I opened it also. My friend received her bought a couple days after me and she had different products all together

My Sephora lipstick came in broken as well. Not the best experience for my first box.

Yes this happened to me too, broken at the base and the whole thing fell out the first time I opened the tube. Huge disappointment.

My lipstick was broken as well.  The NARS bright pink lipstick is horrible for my skin tone.  This month’s box was not worth $10.00.  I will see how the March box looks.   To me, samples are getting smaller and smaller and the colors aren’t matching my skin tone at all.  I have been getting PLAY for over a year.  Disappointing.

email them they are freat about replacing or deducting the 10.00. also they will add points. email customer service. there is a link thar allows toi to email them. never disappointed. they will make it right.

my sephora Rebel Chic lipstick also came broken and smushed into the cap. how do i get this replaced? very disappointed with this month's box and several duplicates, the broken lipstick was the crappy icing on top. So many people had the SAME broken Sephora brand lipstick this month. are you guys just purposely sending your defective items in our play boxes?? That's unacceptable.
