Broken Item in Play Box

Received my box today with a broken Becca highlighter. To be fair I know that Becca highlighter break kinda easily. Thankfully it did not get all over my other items. Not sure if I’m supposed to post here or call customer service

Mine was broken too. Not to the point that it was ruined, but it’s messy and loose in the pot.
