This was my first Sephora Play box. I've been a store customer for over a decade. I have subscriptions to Ipsy, Birchbox, and Boxycharm. 

I recieved my August box and it was a HUGE letdown. Can't use half of the products 😞 They ignored my beauty profile and sent items that were far too dark to use. I can't contour or anything with them. It was certainly a waste of $10. I called and emailed, I was able to cancel my subscription, but sadly no one addressed the issue of receiving unusable products. Shame.

They sent dark items for me too. I requested they review my profile (fb messenger) because it is set to fair skin tone and my concealers were extremely dark- to which they denied me. But they did offer me a refund. I can't even use the shades as contour because they are so dark for my complexion 😭
