Acussed Of Theft

Today Feb- 17th 2018 we purchased around $120 from your store at Glendale shopping centre. We left the store and proceeded to a vender who we buy a lot of products. About 30 minutes later a member of your staff along with mall security came over and accused us of stealing products from Sephora. We both opened up our bags to show them how wrong they were. The employee said we were seen on camera taking items. I asked to view the footage this was said was not possible. 

Myself and my girlfriend are both very upset that we were accused along with my girlfriend has been crying ever since. We did speak to the Manager of the store who said she wittinessed it but then she said she was sorry for the her error. What right do you have to accuse anyone unless you have prove. I suggest you have everyone retrained on LP situations and unless you are 100% sure of a theft you must not proceed with detaining someone. I will be speaking to my lawyer on this as both me and my girlfriend are very upset and humiliated by this.
