Why can't I change zip code to postal code?

Every time I go to type in my postal code it only gives me the option to type in numbers (zip code) it will not allow me to have letters or change it to a postal code?

I'm sorry for the delayed response! It sounds like you may have been accessing the Sephora US site, rather than the Sephora Canada site. 

If you're using a computer, please click the flag icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to switch to the appropriate country. If you're using the Sephora App, please navigate to Account > Settings > Country > Canada. I hope this helps!
