Shipping

I love Sephora and often shop e-commerce so I understand that some companies / products take a while to arrive, but I find the shipping by Sephora Canada to be farrr too slow, considering they advertise fast shipping.

I kind of regret ordering online now, been over a week for my eye makeup stuff. I think I should probably just go into the store next time...

Maybe this is something Sephora can work on improving or take down the "fast shipping" advertisement? Not sure what's most ideal there.

I live in a larger city in Alberta and generally receive my orders usually within 3 business days of shipment.  The exception is if my order is shipped on a Friday early enough, it sometimes arrivrs by Monday! I dont pay for expedited shipping and my orders are shipped whichever shipping method is free for Rouge.

I've ordered lots and I live in rural Alberta and it doesn't take to long - a week or less. Message them on Facebook I'm sure they will give you some beauty points for the inconvenience =D
