Sephora customer service chat

How come every time I don't need to chat with customer service it incessantly pops up, and the times when I do need it, it is nowhere to be found? Lol

Once I close the pop up in the app, the chat button at the top usually appears, so you can click on that, @nacho12 to chat with a representative.

It's been a little 50/50 this past week, but its showing up today on my app, using an Android OS on a Samsung Device. I'm also in Canada. I hope it works for you soon!!
