Sephora Virtual Swag Why none for Canadians?

Just registered for Sephora Virtual but disappointed that the swag bag option is only open to US residents. Will they eventually open one to Canadian residents? I don't see why we're excluded, we're right here lol

@jaeda There’s so many regulations around ingredients in products, contests/giveaways, duties and taxes on importation, and cross-border shipping to name a few. It’s a logistical nightmare to navigate, hence US only. Sad that we Canadians get the short end of the stick when it comes to US-based events, even though the only thing that separates us is a geopolitical border.

Ah I get that, ya it sucks, we're like on the same chunk of land like come on lol. , I'm sure if they really wanted to  they could put together a bag of tons of products that are allowed here that wed be paying for nonetheless . I've gotten so many free samples and sample bags at Sephora booths. And it's rare I come across a product that's not allowed here.

I agree with you @jaeda @JoSometimes - that sucks! I was so disappointed when I realized I couldn't buy the virtual swag bag. You'd think they could assemble swag bags IN CANADA for the Canadian participants, to avoid duties and such. Even if it wasn't the identical set of products, it would still be a great complement to the Sephoria day itself.
