Sephora Favourites Perfume Samplers

I got an email from Sephora saying that perfume samplers were available for sale, where you can get a voucher for a full size. However, when I searched the Sephora Canada website, I couldn't find this. When will these be available in Canada?

The exact same thing happened to me. They told me I’m somehow signed up for the American emails which seems strange that I’ve never gotten a US based promo until that very day. 
Im extremely disappointed that these offers aren’t made available to Canadian shoppers.
