Online order address problem

I’m trying to place an online order through the app for the first time and I’m running into issues with my address. 
I already changed my region so I’m set in Canada, but when I try to enter my address it says it’s not a verifiable address. I’ve never had this issue with any other online orders, all of my mail shows up no problem. Any ideas?
