Canada shipping

Is anyone having issues with shipping.  I have 2 orders which where suppose to be shipped today.  I did receive an email from Sephora stating my order would be late.  I'm hoping it gets sent soon.

I keep getting the wrong items sent to me. It’s happened twice this year!

I had an email saying my delivery date was changed. Then I got an email saying my order was cancelled and refunded. The only answer I can get from the company is it was a shipping issue. Both items are sti available online to order. Still waiting for my refund. Pretty much done with this company now.
