makeup artist?

Hi everyone so I am looking for a makeup artist to do my sisters makeup on oct 14. also someone who isn't a fortune to hire. pls respond!

What a nice thing to do for your sister. Unfortunately, this is a just a beauty forum and not craigslist. I'd recommend taking your sister to Sephora. They offer custom 45-minute makeovers with a $50 minimum purchase or $50 gift card redemption. They also offer free 15-minute mini makeovers.
