I am OBSESSED with Pretty Vulgars highlighter!! It pops and girl its BLINDING! I heard so many great reviews on Youtube about their highlighter and I got it and it's now probably one of my all time favorites

pale skin and blue or cool tinted highlighters look good.  Consider trying some of the holographic ones, like the Kat Von D Alchemist or the Anastasia Aurora palettes.  Depending on whether your skin tone is more peach or yellow or red, different ones will look differently on you.  Too faced has the Diamond Light holographic style as well.  If you want something more "natural" (haha,  but you want blinding right?) Too Faced love light prismatic highlighter in "blinded by the light" is a good one (more silvery than gold)

I own all of them and like them well.  My skin tone is more medium-light, but I've tried these on paler tones and I think those are best.  The more warm ones look weird to me on very fair skin.

Sleeks Soltice palette is very blinding the only shade I don't use is the cream one but you get four shades of highlighters for $15. I also like the Pixi Glow-y Highlighter with is $16, and the Ofra highlighters that are like $30 or so dollars. But the Solstice palette gives you the best bang for your buck.

Becca Moonstone is quite beautiful and intense.  Wet and wild does amazing highlighters if you’re on a budget:) @dessyj27

Urban decay naked illuminated, is exactly what you what but because the sparkles tend to fly away you’ll also need a setting spray or serum.

Anastasia Glow Kits applied with a brush dampened with a little setting spray... HOLY MOLY. Too blinding for work.

Cover FX Drops are soooo beautiful and blinding!! And the Kat Von D Metal Crush Extreme Highlighter Palette is STUNNING! It’s so glittery and sparkly, and exceptionally blinding! I’d recommend both!

Jeffree Star’s highlighters. Or Cover FX drops as a base and then adding a powder highlighter on top! Milk’s cream holographic sticks are also great for a base to layer on top of!

Ofra highlighter in “glazed donut” I think you have to get it online, it’s pretty blinding on fair skin.

@dessyj27 Stila Heavens Hue highlighters are gorgeously creamy and pigmented. I have all three shades and Kitten is the one that stands out most on my skin but Transcendence looks beautiful too.

I have super fair skin so Transcendence is the only one of these I would call blinding just because the others (while gorgeous!!) are more of a bronzed glow on my tone.

Try the nylon eyeshadow by mac cosmetics for fair to light complexion, it’s quite blinding and absolutely beautiful!

The Kat Von d metal crush highlighter palette is great!! Becca also has some blinding highlighters. A cheaper brand that still has good highlighters is NYX.
