Which highlighters is better MAC VS Becca

I was thinking of buying becca topaz or mac gold deposit highlighter.

Tbh the tarte highlighters far surpass becca highlighters. They're more pigmented in my opinion.

I usually like a blinding highlight, so I'd go with Becca

I personally like the MAC formula better than BECCA. It all depends on what you want in a highlight. The BECCA highlight is more blinding, but I find it settles into my dry skin a little too much. The MAC one is more buildable, can be natural looking or more glam depending on how much you use. It adds more of a sheen with one swipe, and doesn't settle into the skin.
