What products did you wind up NOT purchasing during the Spring Sale?

This is a thread for us to discuss products that we wound up not purchasing during the Spring Sale.  It could be because we were on the fence about a beauty product, were on a low-buy, or just had enough goodies to last us for a while.

I think it's interesting to learn what others actually bought, as well as what others held off on.

I had a pretty big wish list, but found out my husband is going to have to take a furlough, so I stuck my sale list to just the necessities. Some things I would've liked to have ordered:

Dermalogica BioLumin-C Vitamin C Serum 29.57/1.0 (I'm running seriously low on this product, I love it, but the price is a little hard to budget right now)

OLEHENRIKSEN - Cold Plunge Pore Mask

And I reeeeeally wanted to order the Sephora Favorites Give me some balm lip set, but they stopped selling it on the Canadian website for some reason, and I'm sooooooo heartbroken and upset. I hope it's available in stores when they reopen!

@greeneyedgirl107 Thank you. We've been pretty lucky, and I am beyond grateful for the position we are in. Everyone is in hard times right now. I still have my job, and his furlough is only 5 weeks, and we were given quite a bit of notice we were able to digest and plan for it.

This is fun. I skipped out on the NATASHA DENONA - Mini Bloom Blush, Charlotte Tilbury Mini Pillow Talk Lipstick & Liner Set Pillow Talk, Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush 09 Cool Berry. 

Since I have not worn makeup in the last 7 weeks since staying at home and will not be going back to work for many more weeks, I figured I should not buy random makeup to try. Save up more for the special limited edition stuff lol.

I wanted the Tower 28 Beauty Bronzino Illuminating Cream Bronzer Best Coast in "West Coast" and the Tower 28 Beauty BeachPlease Lip + Cheek Dewy Cream Blush Magic HourBalm in the shades "Magic Hour" and "Happy Hour" but they ALL kept going in and out of stock (mostly out!).  I couldn't ever manage to catch all three at once so I finally gave up and just ordered them from Tower 28 direct because at that point I'd made up my mind that I really wanted them and was having major FOMO, lol.

I told myself I would make a final purchase before the sale ended and then I felt asleep 😴😂🤣 The Tom Ford quad didn’t come back in stock until 2 days after the sale. Oh well money saved 😘

I've had 3 fragrances on my wish list for the longest time: KILIAN - Princess Eau de Parfum, GUCCI - Flora by Gucci Eau de Parfum, and KAYALI VANILLA | 28 Eau de Parfum 3.4 / 100 eau de parfum spray. I really wanted to get at least one, but I just couldn't justify it with all the scents I have at the moment. Hopefully, I will finish a few fragrances in my collection by the time the next sale comes!!

There's a few things I didn't purchase because they were OOS, which is good, because I think I did enough damage on my own.  Then there's other things I waffled on because I know I'm stressed (who isn't right now in some sort of way) and I'd be buying on impulse.  A lot of what I purchased during the sale were things off my loves list with the exception of the fenty blushes and then briogeo conditioner.

NATASHA DENONA - Mini Nude Eyeshadow Palette. On my love list, still on it.

NATASHA DENONA - Safari All Matte Eyeshadow Palette Tempted to get it a lower price, but since I've never really wanted it, took it out of the cart.

NATASHA DENONA - Mini Retro Eyeshadow Palette I was hoping for mini nude to come back, and then I thought, I'll just grab mini glam, but NOPE.

MELT COSMETICS - Impulsive Pressed Pigment PaletteI saw it the sale section and convinced myself that I didn't need another palette, and not too much longer..OOS

INNISFREE - Super Volcanic Clusters Pore Clearing Clay Mask Got a sample from ipsy that is almost done.

FENTY BEAUTY BY RIHANNA - Trophy Wife Life Makeup Set Wanted a back up, but don't need it.

Mizani 25 Miracle Milk Heat Protectant Leave-In Conditioner 13.5 oz/ 400 mL

NARS - Blush - Exhibit A Wayne Goss did it.  I added it because of him, but it's also really close in color to KEVYN AUCOIN - The Neo-Blush - Sunset

SEPHORA COLLECTION - The Natural: Citrus Brush Cleaner I almost never get this during the sale because it goes OOS.

And lastly Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare DRx SpectraLite™ FaceWare Pro 3-Minute LED Device.  I feel like I need to know more about it.  I know BIC loves it, but sometimes what BIC my skin does not, so even with the sale, I couldn't pull the trigger.

I really wanted the new Farmacy set with the new moisturizer and vitamin C serum, but unfortunately it was OOS.

And I didn't buy any of the new FENTY BEAUTY BY RIHANNA - Cheeks Out Freestyle Cream Blush - 07 Drama Cla$$. I really wanted ALL of them, which is ridiculous, I'd never go through them. I have so many blushes to go through, and in really trying to shop my stash more. But I don't have a purple one, so I might get that one at some point.

@haleyvvvv Im sorry you did not get that Farmacy set. I was happy I ordered it before it went OOS. I like the makeup removal balm and honey mask, and I can’t wait to try papaya moisturizer and C serum. You know if you are a 1st time customer at Farmacy brand website you get 15% off and last time I checked they had this set in stock.

OLEHENRIKSEN Banana Bright 15% Vitamin C Dark Spot Serum 1.0 oz/ 30 mL. I was looking for more feedback as to what the big difference was between it and OLEHENRIKSEN - Truth Serum® Mini, a product I have used and loved for two years. By the time I thought I would just bite the bullet, it was sold out this past Thursday. The TATCHA - Violet-C Radiance Mask also sold out.

Oh well, I got lots of great stuff during the sale anyway - most of which I’m still waiting on because of pandemic delays (like all of us).
