VIB sale for VIB vs Rouge

When the sale starts in November, do you know if Rouge level members get different perks or discounts than VIB level?

I think you have until Oct 31 to hit rouge in order to qualify for the rouge sale so definitely shop soon!

Last year, the discounts were the same (20%), but the rouge sale was a weekend earlier than the vib. This year, it looks like rouge will have access for both weekends, but I am not sure if the discount is staying the same. As far as I know, there hasn't been any info about the sale for vib this year, only rouge.

From what I remember, I think the sale started at the same time, but there were a few rouge only deals...it's been awhile though, so don't quote me on it. Happy shopping!
