VIB account

I have reached a VIB status in store but I can not sign in online with it. I would really appreciate if someone could explain me how can I sigh in to an already existing VIB account. Thank you

You need to contact Customer Service, either by phone, chat, FB or posting in the Customer Support group. Good luck!

Have you ever been able to log into your account? When you get a beauty insider card, you sign up for it with your email. Typically you'll come onto online and click create and account with said email and create a password and your card will be linked with the online account. If you've already made an account then select either forgot password or email, whichever applies.
