Using $100 Rouge Reward during Spring VIB event

I recently saved up enough points to get my first $100 rouge reward with my points (yah!). I was wondering if anyone had any information on whether or not I will be able to use this during the upcoming spring sale. I know we are able to stack some promo codes now and wanted to know if this would work as a part of that. 

Would it be any different for an instore purchase?
