Trinny London Makeup

Looking for feedback and swatches on Trinny London makeup. I love the idea of the stacks and the line seems really good quality (but pricey). I would join her 'Trinny Tribe' but I don't have facebook anymore.

@nche I will post products grouped together by type. As I said I really really love the shadow pots and the luxe lips the most. I can even use shadow on its own and lasts all day , no creasing or irritation , which never happens with a creme for me. It dries down. Lips are also really nice blend of creme and a little semi matte but not too much. No bleed for them. I’m excited to try the duos are you are too I know! 

Eye shadow creme pots are top to bottom by row: Left row: Faith, Magician, Mystery, Universe Right row :Victory, Chalice, Lovers, Chariot.

Tried to capture the luminous nature of these. You can tell which have more sparkle from pics too I think. But most of ones I have do not except darker brown and black. 

Next is eye BFF, concealer and miracle blur. A bit on fence on these. Ok but not great. 

Lips are: Left row: Valentina, Tallis, Freddie, Rossy, Schmoogie. Right row: Munchkin, Pia, Dalia, Demon, Pookie, Phoebe -bottom.

How kind of you to do all that work for others!
I am new to Trinny of London and LOVE her inspirational videos and work with clothes/styling/image- she is a genius and talks about all kinds of body types. (Trinny Closet Confessions)  Her show Trinny Takeover- helps someone makeover with clothes, hair, and makeup and then a reveal to her family and friends- in about 1 hour. 

Brilliant. 

I will say I LOVE the Miracle Blur and the BFF eye creme so far. I am liking the skin products a lot. The make is fun, but expensive and I am not sold on anything yet except the two above. I like the stackable solutions, women empowerment and support and this women's resilient joy!!!

@anniebannannie I really enjoy her as well! She’s fun and also so educational! Since posting a few years ago I have come to love the BFF eye and blur also. Very good and shades are a good match. I love the other BFF spf a bunch too. I have some new colors I should probably add to this thread just for posterity sake! Good reminder. I will do it soon if they aren’t on here. I love her like a ton! Show me what you try too please! 🥰

@Sunnysmom Thank you!!! I appreciate this so much. You are right, their online photos are fairly close to what you swatched. But it's actually so much nicer to see them beside each other so I compare and contrast the tones and colors.

I hope they can help at all @nche . I bought blindly after seeing the instagram pics and some videos etc. As you can see I wear the top 2 shadows, faith and magician the most! The shimmer and shine from them is just the best to make a natural but enhanced look. Sparkle on others is pretty also but not my fav compared to the shimmer. And I seem to wear the red demon, pink pookie and berry phoebe lip I think it is. Together the shadows and lips are cool too. The lips have varying textures also as you can tell. They all last quite a long time I have to say especially the luxe ones tho. If you want further info or better pics on some of em just give me a shout and I’m happy to do it for you! 😘 and... happy mutual birthday!! I love that! 🤗 🥰

I can swatch mine on here and show you colors or if you have specific ones let me know. I kind of have random ones as I’ve dipped into her line. I could watch her Instagram stuff all day! Lol. They’re pretty true to colors I have it seems too and I love how she shows so many different ages and skin tones. Wish she had the line in more locations. Maybe as she grows it or she didn’t want to.

@Sunnysmom Thank you for offering to swatch! Whatever swatches you are interested in doing, I'd love to see (e.g. your fave shades?). And no rush...haha I've been following her all summer on insta and just waffling back and forth on whether to order from the UK. 

I'm interested to hear your thoughts on the BFF face products (have you tried them?). And your general thoughts on the stacked makeup idea.

Okie dokie I’ll do them for you @nche tomorrow in better light. 😊I do like the BFF tho it doesn’t appear quite as dewy as it does on her models I don’t think personally. I use a good moisturizer and try to get the glow that way. I bought Light and it works fine tho I probably could use L/M in summer. I’m guessing all the colors are prob all very forgiving. It’s a light coverage not even medium which I do like. I’m not big on heavier. And you can use the concealer all over I guess if you wanna. The stack is fine too tho if you go too high they topple. lol. Some of the bottoms don’t stay on quite as tightly either but it’s only 2 I think so far. You can obv see colors but some of the shadows are kind of similar so I keep my favorites together at the top for most used etc. And I keep the concealer, blur and eye BFF separate too because I don’t use as much. (Not sure the blur is all that. It’s kind of soft. I like other things more than that.) I keep em all in a lucite box standing up. I want the mirror but have to wait until I do enough of an order to get darn free shipping again. Lol. It’s always comes very fast btw to the US! 😘 More later or tomorrow. ☺️
