Third order in a row with no free samples 😢😿

I recently got my package from Sephora (an online order), I got everything I paid for, birthday gift, and my gifts I spent on with my beauty insider points, but not my three free samples! Third time in a row, what the hay Sephora?

Same for me, I complained and got heard, got points to compensate but there it is again!  1 sample instead of 3............it is becoming a regular issue and I am started to get tired to beg for samples......   I'm not so excited anymore about being a VIB, really........

Oh no! My last few orders have been random samples I didn’t pick out, but not getting any would bum me out. 😞

That happened on my last order, too. I contacted customer service and they said they were "sold out" and gave me some points instead.
